Service Description

This hour treatment will be designed specifically for you combining the best techniques (Manual therapy/massage/physical therapy) accordingly to achieve our desired outcome. We will go over the best type of exercise that will help you and what we want to achieve with these. You will then receive your digital prescription to follow at home.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch 24hrs before your appointment. Appointments cancelled within a 24hrs period will be charged in full. Please bear in mind that I reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to travel time in between mobile appointments.
